The central location here was great, and the staff were consistently amazing and exceptional.

Heating (not conditioning!) system with minimum of temperature at +22C can eliminate any positive argument. And some very strange smells in halls too. And bad coordinaton of the staff - at first I get a room with 2 separated beds

I had a really nice stay for 1 night on business, everything was perfect. the staff was brilliantly friendly, amazingly nice, and always helped me. - I thoroughly enjoyed the bar and good hot breakfast. - the location was stunning: a shopping area and posh shops were within walking distance. - It was set in a very nice area.

New and modern. Very good recommendations for for restaurants from reception. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the hotel and price was good too.

There are vey noisy between the rooms. There shoiul be more insulation instyalled.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. the room was large, with a good view and terrace, and high ceiling. Slept really well. - the hotel is set in a central area near great shops and a coffee shop.

The location the rooms are almost perfect. The staff very friendly and ready to assist for any needs. It is a new hotel and I cannnot give any comments for the service yet

The location was marvellous and incredible, situated in a downtown area just off the old center and the Barrio alto. the twin room included good amenities and an excellent shower. the staff were incredible and exceptional day and night.

The room was beautifully decorated, truly enjoyed it. The bathroom was large, included hairdryers, a walk-in shower and bathrobes.

it was great time in lisbon. the location was marvellous and incredible, a few steps away from liberty avenue. there were a shopping street and posh shops around the hotel. the breakfast was nice hot with sausage, pastries plus omelette etc-, the restaurant was good. helpful service was provided here.

The rooms here had cool themes and each one had a nice terrace. the staff were super friendly and took good care of everything. the location was awesome, right in the center of Avenida de Liberdade:)))

There were no shades for the windows, no information at the hotel room about hotel facilities. The breakfast was not worth the money as it was very limited selection of items offered. In general it was ok but not a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful design, amazing staff. Right on the avenue close to everything.
